What

Why
isn’t Vitamin A included in Spectra‘ Woman?
A Nov. ’95 article in the New England Journal of Medicine

consuming more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A per day and some
types of birth defects.

“Women of childbearing age are advised to choose fortified
foods that contain Vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene
rather than preformed Vitamin A, whenever possible”.
